Your data, your call
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. Here's how to do each.
Access & export
Request a machine-readable copy of everything we store about you: profile, CVs, cover letters, and application tracker entries. We respond within 30 days, usually much faster.
Correction
You can edit your profile, CVs, and letters directly in the app. If a field isn't editable, email us via the contact form.
Deletion
Delete your account and everything we hold. We remove CV content within 30 days and keep only the minimal billing records tax law requires.
Complain
If you think we've mishandled your data, contact us first — but you can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (e.g. CNIL in France, AP in the Netherlands, BfDI in Germany).
